Can I share notes, background information, or interviews with your copywriters?

If you have information you think our copywriters need to know in order to write accurate and helpful content for you, please share these via a shareable link that our team can view in the "Other Notes" section of the order intake form.

Please do not attach documents to your orders as we will not download them and then upload them to your Content Brief for the copywriter. Instead, please share these documents via a shareable link.

If you are sharing a Google Doc or Google Sheet, make sure it is viewable to all who have the link to it. Otherwise, we won't be able to see the docuement. If you're not sure how to do this, follow these quick steps below so that "Anyone with the link can view" the document.
